• Moving to a different computer isn’t supported by this licence type. A second PC needs a second key.

Where These Keys Come From

Standalone Office or Microsoft 365?

A real decision, and the answer isn’t always this product.

Standalone Office — one payment, yours permanently, works entirely offline once activated. No cloud storage, no mobile app editing, no Copilot, and no new features after the version you bought.

Microsoft 365 Personal — Rs. 2,999/year. Adds 1 TB of OneDrive, Personal Vault, mobile app editing, Copilot AI credits, and always-current features. You lose access if you stop paying.

Microsoft 365 Family — Rs. 12,000/year for six people with 1 TB each. Around Rs. 2,000 per person, the best per-user value if you have a household to cover.

Choose standalone if you want to pay once, work mostly offline, and don’t need cloud storage or phone editing.

Choose Microsoft 365 if you want files synced across devices, edit on your phone, want Copilot, or need to cover several people.

Worth being honest about the maths: at Rs. 1,500 once versus Rs. 2,999 a year, standalone wins on cost within the first year and keeps winning. Microsoft 365 wins on capability. Which matters more depends on whether you actually use cloud and mobile.

Installing and Activating

1. Buy your key. It arrives by email or WhatsApp within 5–10 minutes, along with the official Microsoft download link.
2. Download Office from the link we send. Always the official Microsoft installer.
3. Uninstall any existing Office first, including trial versions and any cracked install. Leftover activation tools are the most common cause of activation failure.
4. Install Office and open any app — Word is fine.
5. Enter your 25-digit key when prompted.
6. If it activates online, you’re done.
7. If it asks for phone activation, follow the on-screen steps. Office gives you an Installation ID; Microsoft’s automated line gives back a Confirmation ID; you enter that and activation completes.
8. Stuck at any point? Message our WhatsApp. We do this daily and it’s quicker with us on the line.

Check it worked: File → Account. It should say your product is activated.

If Something Goes Wrong

Activation failed after a cracked install. The most common problem by far. Remove the old activation tool through its own uninstaller, then use Microsoft’s Office removal tool to clear everything before reinstalling.

“This product key has been used too many times.” Message us. We’ll check the key and replace it if needed.

Phone activation gives an error. Confirm you typed the Installation ID correctly — it’s long and easy to mistype. If it still fails, message us.

Office says it’s unlicensed after working fine. Usually a Windows update touched the licensing service. Run Office’s built-in repair: Settings → Apps → Microsoft Office → Modify → Quick Repair.

You reformatted and Office won’t activate. You’ll need phone activation again with the same key. Message us and we’ll walk you through it.

Office and Microsoft 365 both installed. They conflict over file associations and licensing. Pick one per machine and remove the other.
