Buy Netflix in Nepal — Mobile to 4K Premium, From Rs. 349 | Cheapmandu
Netflix access starting at Rs. 349. Mobile, HD, Full HD, or 4K UHD with HDR and Spatial Audio. Works on phones, tablets, laptops, and smart TVs depending on plan. Pay with eSewa, Khalti, or QR.
Netflix raised its prices again in March 2026. The US Premium plan now runs $26.99 a month — roughly Rs. 3,600 — and paying that from Nepal means an international card and currency conversion on top.
Cheapmandu sells prepaid Netflix access at local rates, paid with eSewa, Khalti, or QR. We’ve been doing it since 2024.
What’s on Netflix in 2026
Streaming now: Bridgerton Season 4, One Piece Season 2, Virgin River Season 7, Wednesday Season 2, The Diplomat Season 3, and the complete Stranger Things including the final season.
Arriving this year: The Lincoln Lawyer Season 4, Enola Holmes 3, Lupin Season 4, 3 Body Problem Season 2, the last season of The Witcher, Avatar: The Last Airbender Season 2, Sweet Magnolias Season 5, and Greta Gerwig’s Narnia adaptation.
Everything else: Squid Game, The Crown, Money Heist, Korean drama, anime including Cyberpunk: Edgerunners and Pluto, Spanish-language originals, Bollywood, and documentaries. Netflix has also moved into live events, comedy specials, and video podcasts.
Release dates slip and catalogues change. Anything listed here can move.
Worth knowing: Netflix carries no live TV — no daily news, no EPL, no IPL. If that’s what you’re after, IPTV Nepal covers live channels and sits alongside Netflix rather than replacing it.
Plans and Pricing
| Plan | Price | Duration | Account | Devices | Quality |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Mobile | Rs. 349 | 1 month | Shared account, your own profile | 1 (phone or tablet only) | 720p Low Quality |
| Shared | Rs. 550 | — | Shared account, your own profile | 1 | HD / Full HD |
| Basic | Rs. 850 | — | Private account | 1 | HD 720p |
| Standard | Rs. 1,599 | — | Private account | 2 | Full HD 1080p |
| Premium | Rs. 2,499 | — | Private account | 4 | 4K UHD + HDR + Spatial Audio |
Editor’s note: Two things need your input before this goes live. (1) Durations are missing for Shared, Basic, Standard, and Premium — the source page never stated them, and now that the Mobile plan says “1 month” explicitly, the gap is obvious to any reader. (2) The 720p figure on Mobile and the 4K entries you added to Basic and Standard both need checking. See notes at the bottom.
Mobile — Rs. 349 / 1 month
The cheapest way onto Netflix. Full catalogue, one stream, on a phone or tablet only.
This is the important part: Mobile plans don’t play on TVs or laptops, and you can’t cast or mirror to a TV either. If you watch on your phone during a commute or in bed, it’s excellent value. If you were planning to put it on the living room TV, you need Shared or above.
One month, prepaid, no auto-renew. A good way to test the service before committing to a longer plan.
Shared — Rs. 550
A profile inside a higher-tier account that other people also use. Your profile is PIN-protected, so your watch history and recommendations stay yours. One stream at a time, and unlike Mobile it works on TVs and laptops. Picture quality follows whatever tier the parent account is on, usually HD or better.
The best value on this page for most people watching alone.
Basic — Rs. 850
Your own account, nobody else on it, one device, 720p.
Be clear on the trade-off: this costs more than Shared and the picture isn’t better. What you’re paying for is exclusivity, not resolution. If you don’t specifically need an account to yourself, Shared is the smarter buy. If you do, this is the cheapest way to get one.
Standard — Rs. 1,599
Two streams at Full HD 1080p, up to five profiles. The usual pick for couples and flatmates who watch different things at the same time.
Premium — Rs. 2,499
4K UHD with HDR, Spatial Audio, four simultaneous streams, five profiles. This is the only Netflix tier that does 4K.
Worth it if you actually own a 4K TV — on a 1080p screen you’re paying Rs. 900 more than Standard for picture you can’t see. Spatial Audio works through ordinary headphones, no special hardware needed.
Which One
Mobile — phone or tablet only, cheapest entry, one month. Shared — one person, any device including TV, best value. Basic — you want the account to yourself, 720p is fine. Standard — two people watching separately, 1080p. Premium — 4K TV, or three-plus people in the house.
Offline downloads work on every plan. Everything except Mobile plays on smart TVs, consoles, and streaming sticks.
What You’re Buying
These are prepaid plans on accounts Cheapmandu supplies. A few things to understand before you pay:
Netflix enforces household rules. Netflix cracked down on password sharing in 2023 and has kept tightening since, using IP and device checks to work out whether a device belongs to the account’s registered household. This is stricter than most streaming services. In practice you may occasionally hit a household verification prompt, particularly on shared plans or when you sign in from a new network. Message us on WhatsApp and we’ll sort it out.
Don’t change the account settings. No password changes, no adding a payment card, no editing the household address. Any of those will break your access.
Prepaid, no auto-renew. When the term ends, access stops until you buy again. You won’t get surprise charges.
Support comes from us, not Netflix. For anything account-related, WhatsApp us.
If you want a subscription that is unambiguously yours with Netflix’s own support behind it, buy directly from Netflix — it’s available in Nepal. It costs more and needs an international card, and that’s the trade-off this page exists to offer you.

Fill In What Netflix Doesn’t Cover
Amazon Prime Video in Nepal — The Boys, Fallout, Reacher, and Invincible are all Prime exclusives, and the two libraries barely overlap. Most households here run both.
Anime Premium Streaming in Nepal — Netflix’s anime selection has grown but still lags. This is 1,300+ titles with same-day simulcasts from Japan.
IPTV Nepal — Live EPL, IPL, news, and Nepali channels. Netflix is on-demand only, so this is the piece it can’t do.
Spotify Premium in Nepal — Soundtracks and podcasts, ad-free. Pairs naturally with the Mobile plan if you’re mostly watching and listening on your phone.
FAQ
Can I watch the Mobile plan on my TV? No. Mobile plans run on a phone or tablet only, and casting or mirroring to a TV is blocked. For TV viewing, start at Shared.
Mobile or Shared? Mobile (Rs. 349) is cheaper and covers one month on a phone or tablet. Shared (Rs. 550) costs more but works on any device including your TV, at HD or better. If you own a TV you’ll want to watch on, Shared.
Shared or Basic? Shared (Rs. 550) puts your own PIN-protected profile inside a higher-tier account — often better picture quality, lower price, but you’re sharing the account. Basic (Rs. 850) is an account nobody else uses. Shared is better value; Basic is better privacy.
Is my watch history private on Shared? Yes. Your profile is PIN-protected, so other users on the account can’t see your history, searches, or recommendations.
Can I share Premium with my family? Yes — four simultaneous streams, five profiles, for people in your household.
Do I need a VPN? No. Netflix works normally on Worldlink, Vianet, Subisu, Classic Tech, and NTC.
Which plans do 4K? Premium only. Netflix restricts 4K UHD and HDR to its top tier — no other plan streams in 4K regardless of your TV.
Can I download for offline viewing? Yes, on every plan including Mobile, through the Netflix app.
What happens when my plan expires? Buy another one. If we can put you back on the same account your profile carries over; if not, you’ll be set up fresh. Tell us at renewal and we’ll do what we can.
How fast is delivery? Usually minutes, up to 15–30 at peak times.
What if it stops working? WhatsApp us. Most issues are household verification prompts and get fixed quickly.
Payment methods? eSewa, Khalti, mobile banking, QR scan.
